Where I come from

I spent more than ten years as a Chief of Staff and entrepreneur, the person who caught the follow-ups, the data and the handoffs nobody else wanted. My job was keeping things from falling through the cracks for founders who needed them to actually get done.

Then I built the setup behind Mayek Real Estate myself: weekly seller leads sent into their CRM, a daily list of who to call first, a rebuilt website and regular posts.

Why AutoTasks

A lot of small businesses pay for tools that nobody has time to set up or keep running. I started AutoTasks to be the person who looks at the work, says what is worth changing, and handles the agreed setup. You work with me directly, not with a ticket queue.

How I work

• Plain English. Tell me about the work the way you would tell a person.
• Honest about fit. Sometimes a better template, a checklist or a setting in a tool you already use is the right answer, and I will say so.
• You stay in charge. We agree on what can run automatically and what needs your approval. Important decisions stay with you.
• You own what we build. Where possible I build in your own accounts, so the setup is yours.
• No dashboard to babysit. You hear what happened and what needs your attention.
